This is a GYM- based program designed to strengthen and define your back muscles. Using this progressive program, you will push through 6 weeks of hypertrophy training to produce lean muscle definition. This program includes 3 workouts per week, totaling 18 full workouts. The sessions range from 30 minutes- 60 minutes.
