This is a HOME based progression program designed for you to complete over a 6 week time period, focusing on building core strength and definition. To complete this program you will need 1-2 mini resistance bands, a set of dumbbells, a medicine ball and a timer. The workouts are to be performed 4 days per week and they progressively increase in time and intensity, ranging from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. This program is perfect for ALL fitness levels.
