When training with me, you will learn all of the fundamentals of Strength, Conditioning and Endurance Training... all from the ground up. Not only will you walk away with beautiful form, exceptional technique and knowledge about a healthy, maintainable diet but, you will also walk away with confidence; confidence in the gym and within yourself.

Sessions

In Person Training sessions are offered at my Private Gym, located in Magnolia, TX. My studio style gym has a comfortable atmosphere equipped with everything we need to hit your fitness goals and help you feel comfortable in the gym. Towels and water are also provided at every session.

I offer FREE consultations over the phone or via Facetime, so please feel free to book a consult before booking a session. The exact location will be provided after booking.

1 Hour Personal Training Session ($60)

This session is perfect for beginners to learn FORM and TECHNIQUE or for Intermediate to Advanced Athletes training for Strength, Power or Conditioning. This is an ideal session for an entry level client.

45 Minute Personal Training Session ($45)

This session is perfect for Athletes at ANY fitness level looking to learn form, lose weight or grow strength.

30 Minute Personal Training Session ($30)

This session is perfect for clients with some prior workout experience or basic knowledge of Form and Technique. This session is often used as a High Intensity Interval Training Session (HIIT).

Free Consultation

I offer FREE consultations over the phone or via Facetime, so please feel free to book a consult before booking a session or coaching program. Consultations will run around 20 minutes.
