One on One Training Session

My one on one training sessions are offered in person at my private studio gym located in Magnolia, TX. Training sessions can be booked for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes and should be based off of your fitness level and current goals. If you are unsure, please book a free consultation so we can discuss your goals, together.

Sessions

In Person Training sessions are offered at my private gym, located in Magnolia, TX. My studio gym has a comfortable atmosphere equipped with everything we need to hit your fitness goals. The exact studio address will be provided after your initial booking. If your prefer a virtual session, I am also able to accomodate via Facetime.

Consultations are FREE, so please feel free to book a consult before booking a session.

1 Hour Personal Training Session ($60)

This session is perfect for beginners to learn FORM and TECHNIQUE or for Intermediate to Advanced Athletes training for Strength, Power or Conditioning. This is an ideal session for an entry level client.

45 Minute Personal Training Session ($45)

This session is perfect for Athletes at ANY fitness level looking to learn form, lose weight or grow strength.

30 Minute Personal Training Session ($30)

This session is perfect for clients with some prior workout experience or basic knowledge of Form and Technique. This session is often used as a High Intensity Interval Training Session (HIIT).
