I'm Coach Katie.
As women, we all face our physical and mental struggles and OH, GIRL have I faced mine. I have had 2 children causing my body to change tremendously in different ways after each child.
After the birth of my first child, I suffered a life threatening Allergic Reaction called Stevens Johnson Syndrome which landed me in ICU for weeks. This condition caused me to lose 75% of my hair, the top layer of my skin and a ton of self confidence.
After having my second child, I started to re-build my body... only to be set back once again by facing ANOTHER severe allergic reaction- lasting 6 months!!

With that being said, my struggles have NOT defined me. I have been successful in finding my strength after every setback and I have conquered every obstacle that was put in my way. My goal is to help other women find there STRENGTH, gain CONFIDENCE and become the WOMAN they are meant to be.
My passion for Health and Fitness started in High School, but believe it or not I was not a High School Athlete. I only explored my interest through observation at the gym, being inspired by middle aged women with athletic physiques. After High School I knew Health and Fitness was my passion, so I became a Certified Medical Assistant while attending College. Soon after achieving my Associates Degree I was offered a full time position as a Clinic Manager of a Pediatric and Family Medicine Clinic. I loved working in the Health Field, but I wanted to reach people BEFORE they started to suffer from health related disease. So, that’s when I decided to become a Personal Trainer.
I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach, helping women (and men) reach their fitness goals since 2014.
- $I’m a GIRL MOM to the fullest with 2 daughters and a BONUS daughter.
- $I met my husband in the gym and his first words to me were “Do you want to train abs together?”
- $I enjoy trying small coffee shops and my go to flavor is always Hazelnut.
- $Traveling is LIFE and I travel every chance I get, with my favorite destination being Cozumel, MX.
- $ Tacos are usually my first choice, but my husband and I travel to New York JUST for the pizza.
